概述：产品先经预热后，蒸汽直接喷入产品，使产品在瞬时被加热到设定温度，经过一定时间的保温后，通过真空分离器把产品瞬间降温，并等量蒸发掉因蒸汽喷入增加的水分，最后产品在无菌条件下冷却、灌装。
PURPOSE:After the product is preheated, the steam is sprayed directly into the product, so that the product is heated to the set temperature instantaneously. After a certain time of heat preservation, the product is cooled instantaneously through a vacuum separator, and the water added by the steam is evaporated in equal mount.
